How Curbside Collection Works


Signup

New customer signup is done by calling (615) 960-8108  or through our office. We confirm eligibility and route assignment and provide start date and cart details.

Cart delivery

If your plan includes a cart, we deliver and orient you on proper use — where to place the cart, lid closure, and what to avoid disposing of.

Pickup day prep

Place carts at the curb by 6 AM on your pickup day, or the night before. Keep enough space for our trucks to access the cart safely.

Collection

Our driver will empty the cart and return it to the curb or specified placement area. Drivers will handle carts carefully and report any damage or access issues.

After collection

If carts are damaged during service, report them to  (615) 960-8108. We maintain and replace carts as needed.
